About Our CEO

Harry Donahue

Harry Donahue has worked in both privately held and publicly traded companies in both domestic and international markets, serving as COO / CFO for various organizations. Prior to joining Catalyst, Donahue had been serving as President & CEO for 1st Alliance Behavioral Health in Westminster, Colorado where he accomplished turning the organization around from unprofitable to profitable and building both a community and a culture that 333 employees were proud to be part of.

Donahue has a Master’s of Business Administration Degree in Finance from St. John’s University, New York, New York and a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Iona College, New Rochelle, New York. He specializes in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Strategic Planning, Supply Chain Management, Operational Improvements, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Originally from New York, Donahue relocated to Mansfield from Boulder, Colorado with his wife. Both he and his wife are excited to  live in a smaller town closer in proximity to their two daughters and their East Coast roots. They have three children: the oldest daughter lives in Chicago, his middle child lives in New York City and his son is attending college in Boulder, Colorado.
